Job responsibilities Perform quality inspections for construction, installation, manufacturing and commissioning activities. Conduct acceptance inspections of materials, equipment and components and confirm compliance. Verify compliance of manufacturer, contractor and subcontractor work with approved procedures and specifications. Perform inspection and control activities in accordance with the requirements of the ITP (Inspection and Test Plan). Identify and record non-conformances (NCR – Non-Conformance Report) and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. Document test and inspection results and prepare reports. Participate in monitoring quality indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in audits and quality assessments. Ensure proper maintenance of project documents and quality records. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent technical education. Minimum 3-5 years of QC experience in oil and gas, energy, construction or industrial projects. Knowledge of quality management systems. Ability to read technical drawings, P&ID, isometric and other engineering documents. Working knowledge of Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Experience working on international oil and gas and EPC projects. Experience participating in audit and quality assurance processes.
