Job responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all admissions-related inquiries; Develop and implement a comprehensive admission strategy, entailing annual school and pre-school admissions plan, aligned with the school’s strategic goals; Oversee the entire admissions process, including inquiries, applications, interviews and contracts; Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure alignment of admissions goals with the school's mission and vision; Track and analyze admissions data to measure effectiveness of the admission strategies, identify areas for improvement and make informed recommendations; Oversee the entire admissions process, including inquiries, applications, interviews and contracts; Develop and implement standardized procedures for processing applications; Supervise the admissions team, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback; Manage the tuition billing process, ensuring timely and accurate coordination; Develop and maintain a comprehensive admissions database; Coordinate admission events, such as diagnostics and admission exams, school visits, open days to engage the prospective students and parents; Foster a positive and welcoming environment and promote the school’s values; Lead and supervise the Value Added Services and Partnerships team, ensuring effective execution of projects and achievement of business targets; Develop and implement new value-added services for students and parents, including feasible products, programs, and initiatives; Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporate partners, educational institutions, service providers, and other relevant organizations; Monitor the performance, financial impact, and effectiveness of VAS and partnership initiatives and provide regular reports and recommendations to management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; 3–5 years of sales and customer service experience; Proven managerial and people-management experience; Experience developing and streamlining operational processes; Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills; Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
