Summary: The U.S. Mission in Azerbaijan is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the Customer Service Center Representative (CSC) position in the Management Section (MGT). Supervisory Position: No Relocation Expenses Reimbursed: No Travel Required: Not Required Duties The CSC Representative will support locally employed staff, American direct-hires, and their family members during assignment at Baku post. CSC Representative will respond to requests, disseminate them among the units, monitor service performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Incumbent will keep track of service request records, monitor the scale of work, make sure that customer receive services in accordance with ICASS Uniform Service Standards. Incumbent will report to and be reviewed by the Management Counselor on a regular basis.
