Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Manager with solid knowledge of international contracting standards to ensure efficient procurement, robust contract administration, and strong commercial governance across our project portfolio. The Contracts & Procurement Manager will oversee all procurement processes and contractrelated workflows, ensuring full compliance with recognized international standards and internal policies. The role will collaborate closely with Project Managers, the Development Director, the CEO, and external contractors to optimize commercial outcomes, minimize risks, and support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including tender preparation, supplier prequalification, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. Administer and manage contracts in accordance with international standards (e.g., FIDIC, EPC, Design & Build), ensuring best practices and consistent application. Monitor contractor performance, contractual compliance, KPIs, and project deliverables. Provide strategic advice to project teams and executive leadership on risk mitigation, claim management, and contractual disputes. Support budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial control related to procurement and contract obligations. Develop, maintain, and optimize procurement policies, procedures, templates, and reporting systems. Ensure that all contracts meet regulatory requirements, internal governance standards, and audit readiness. Participate in vendor and subcontractor evaluations, contract amendments, variations, and commercial negotiations. Coordinate with legal teams on contract reviews, formal correspondence, and dispute resolution when required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in procurement, contracts, or project management within the construction or infrastructure sector. Strong expertise in international contracting frameworks (FIDIC Red/Yellow/Silver Book, EPC, Design & Build, Consultancy Agreements). Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, tender management, and claims/variation management. We Offer: Opportunities for professional development and a competitive salary.
