QC Engineer - Glensol

Glensol, operating in the oil and gas sector, is seeking an experienced QC Engineer to support procurement activities related to technical equipment and spare parts for operational projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee QC activities during maintenance and repair of rotating equipment (turbines, pumps, valves, electromotors, top drives, etc.). Ensure compliance with international standards, OEM requirements, customer requirements, and company QMS procedures. Prepare and monitor Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP). Conduct internal, supplier, and third-party audits. Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints and implement corrective actions. Monitor quality KPIs and prepare QC reports. Lead inspections and support QC inspectors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 8–10 years of QC experience , preferably in oil & gas. Strong knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance and repair . Experience with QCP, ITP, and quality audits . ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification required. Knowledge of API, ASME, ISO standards ; NDT Level II is an advantage. Strong inspection, reporting, and communication skills.
