Head of Administration & HR - Gabala city - IRES

Location: Bakı

A company based in Gabala is currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Head of Administration & HR to join its team. We are specifically looking for a candidate from the Gabala region who has strong knowledge of the local environment, labor market, and operational specifics of the region. Main Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the following departments: Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies Ensure smooth daily operational processes across all supervised functions Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management Supervise procurement processes and vendor relationships Coordinate facility management, office operations, transportation, and regional administrative activities Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor legislation Prepare operational reports and support senior management in organizational planning Monitor discipline, internal procedures, and service quality standards Oversee and manage the following departments: HR Department Administration Procurement Security Cleaning Services Requirements: Proven experience in HR and Administration management Previous managerial experience supervising multiple departments Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Good understanding of procurement and operational processes Fluency in: Azerbaijani, English (mandatory), Russian (mandatory) Candidate must be based in Gabala or have strong regional knowledge and connections Proficiency in MS Office programs Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button. e-mail: recruitment@ires.az
