Job Summary: The company is seeking a highly experienced Head of Administration Department to ensure the effective and strategic management of administrative operations across office and production facilities. The role focuses on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and maintaining high standards of administrative services to support overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Administrative Department, ensuring alignment with business objectives Develop and monitor operational plans (annual and quarterly) Oversee office and production infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted operations Manage facilities, utilities, fleet, travel, and administrative services Control and optimize departmental budget and expenses Supervise procurement processes and vendor relationships Ensure proper inventory and asset management Lead renovation, relocation, and infrastructure improvement projects Coordinate corporate meetings, internal events, and VIP visits Organize employee business travel (tickets, hotels, logistics) Manage company vehicle fleet and parking facilities Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations Lead, develop, and manage administrative staff Requirements: Higher education in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related field Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in administration / operations At least 2–3 years in a managerial role Strong experience in budgeting, procurement, and team management Good understanding of facility and infrastructure management Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency Proficiency in MS Office ; ERP knowledge is an advantage Fluency in Azerbaijani and English ; Russian is a plus Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
