Job Description: We are currently seeking an IT Technician to support engineering and design teams with day-to-day IT operations and specialized engineering systems. The role is focused on providing Helpdesk support with a strong emphasis on AutoCAD and related engineering software environments. Location: Baku Key Responsibilities: Provide IT Helpdesk support to internal users Install, configure, and troubleshoot AutoCAD and other engineering software Support engineering systems and design tools (2D/3D environments) Maintain and update software, licenses, and workstations Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system-related issues Support users with technical issues in a timely manner Requirements: 2–4+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk / Technical Support Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) Experience supporting engineering/design environments is an advantage Good understanding of hardware, networking, and IT systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail English – mandatory Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
