Line-up Operator – Offshore - IRES
Location: Bakı
IRES is currently looking for experienced Line-up Operators for an offshore oil & gas project. Work Location: Offshore Construction Vessel Key Responsibilities: Carry out pipe movements and fit-up operations in the prefabrication area, Line-up Station and J-Lay Tower Assembly Station. Operate pipeline conveyors and transfer cars in the Double Joint prefabrication area. Operate clamps during fit-up operations in the J-Lay Tower Assembly Station. Operate support pipe rollers and transfer cars at Line-up Stations. Operate ILUC equipment and associated winches. Identify and report equipment malfunctions. Participate in Tool-Box Talks and Job Safety Analysis. Perform all operations in accordance with HSE and company safety procedures. Requirements: Technical education. Previous experience in a similar role within the oil & gas industry . Practical knowledge of Line-up Station / pipe handling equipment, transfer cars and conveyors . Experience operating clamps in J-Lay Tower Assembly Stations . Good understanding of the Permit to Work (PTW) system and safe working practices. Azerbaijani: fluent. English: intermediate.
