RPA Developer - Upsystems

Roles and Responsibilities: Complete required internal trainings provided via online internal learning platform and continually progress on learning path and certifications on the subject. Design, develop, and implement RPA and IA solutions using industry-leading platform by Automation Anywhere. Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop reusable and scalable RPA components, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. Test, debug, and deploy RPA solutions, ensuring flawless execution and performance. Monitor and maintain deployed RPA solutions, identifying and addressing issues proactively. Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. Document processes and solutions clearly and concisely for future reference and training purposes. Requirements: Bachelor degree in business, IT, engineering, mathematics, science, or other relevant discipline Strong understanding of automation principles and industry best practices Strong problem-solving, process mapping, and analytic skills Ability to work independently and as part of team Solid knowledge at least in one of mentioned programming language like Python, C#, Java, JavaScript A proven combination of technical and interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage) Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach Continuous learning mindset and passion for innovation Familiarity with RPA technology is an advantage If you are an enthusiastic and talented developer who is passionate about automation and eager to make a difference, we encourage you to apply!
