Salary: 6,000 – 7,000 AZN net A leading company is looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial operations, reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and financial planning activities. Previous Audit Manager experience in Big 4 is mandatory. Main Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all finance department operations Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting Ensure compliance with IFRS and local financial legislation Coordinate internal and external audits Monitor cash flow and working capital management Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports Develop and improve internal financial control systems Work closely with banks, auditors, investors, and financial institutions Support strategic financial decision-making and cost optimization Manage and develop finance team members Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance Management Previous Audit Manager experience in Big 4 is a must Strong IFRS and financial reporting knowledge Experience in budgeting, audit, financial planning, and internal controls Strong leadership and analytical skills ACCA or CFA certification is preferred Good command of English or Russian language Strong MS Office and financial systems knowledge Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
