Offshore Mechanic Foreman - IRES

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the offshore mechanical maintenance team onboard the vessel Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mechanical equipment and assets Plan and supervise routine and non-routine maintenance and repair activities Coordinate deck mechanics and monitor work quality, productivity, and schedules Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), isolation procedures, JSA, Toolbox Talks, and HSE requirements Monitor equipment performance and implement maintenance strategies to improve reliability and availability Manage spare parts requirements and maintenance records Investigate equipment failures and coordinate corrective actions Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment onboard Requirements Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role onboard construction vessels within the Oil & Gas industry Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of offshore equipment Experience leading maintenance teams in offshore environments Good understanding of HSE standards, Permit to Work systems, and maintenance planning Fluent English and Azerbaijani Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
