Public Relationship Manager - Huawei Technologies Azerbaijan

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement PR strategies for the country under the guidance of the PR Director, carry out PR activities, build and maintain relationships across key areas, manage public affairs and issues, and ensure effective implementation of PR strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to help achieve the goals of the country/office. Plan and implement PR events, issues, and CSR activities. Improve Huawei's image, and create a harmonious and favorable business environment.  Support engagement with local government authorities and relevant institutions to help shape related policies, facilitate market access and address potential trade barriers. Establish effective communication channels with relevant government agencies to support secure and sustainable business operations. Establish and maintain relationships with local media outlets , strengthen public support and effectively respond to media inquiries and potential media crises. Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Public Affairs, Government Relations, Corporate Communications or a related field. Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills . Experience in PR events, media relations, CSR activities and issue management . Good understanding of the local business, government and media environment in Azerbaijan . Knowledge of AI, AI technologies, AI ecosystem/labs or ICT is an advantage.
