Legal Counsel - SAMT

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team! Location: Sumgait, Absheron-Khizi Job Responsibilities Participate in the preparation and preliminary legal review of contracts and agreements; Assist in preparing legal opinions, memoranda, and other legal documents; Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and collect relevant legal information; Review and respond to legal inquiries received from internal departments; Participate in preparing documents to be submitted to government authorities; Assist in preparing documentation related to court proceedings and legal disputes; Participate in drafting and reviewing internal corporate documents; Maintain and organize records and archives of contracts and other legal documents; Support employees in identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks; Perform other legal and related tasks assigned by management. ​​​​​​​Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience; Good knowledge of commercial and corporate law; Excellent command of English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong legal research, analytical, and document-drafting skills; Excellent attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​What We Offer Company-provided lunch; Insurance coverage; Company transportation / shuttle service; Professional development and career growth opportunities; A professional and supportive working environment.
