Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for LANDAU Education Group’s strategic assets across all channels; Propose and lead innovative marketing ideas, projects, and initiatives that drive brand growth and student enrollment; Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports with clear recommendations for improvement; Work closely with Admissions and Academic departments to support enrollment targets and company-wide goals; Conduct market research, track industry trends, and analyze competitor activities to inform strategy; Ensure all marketing activities and communication align with the company’s brand, positioning, and objectives; Direct and optimize collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and agencies for end-to-end marketing execution; Strategically align with internal creative and product teams to drive innovative marketing initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field; 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with innovative projects; Strong skills in Excel and basic data analysis; Experience with project management tools; Proven marketing experience across at least two distinct industries; Strong expertise in digital marketing, including tools, platforms, and end-to-end online campaign management; Prior agency experience is a distinct advantage; Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Russian is an advantage; Entrepreneurial and startup-minded professional, comfortable driving initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
