Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior management. Work with documentation: prepare, organize, analyze, and maintain accurate records and reports. Support basic financial tasks, including data tracking, simple analysis, and assistance with financial documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries using Excel and other MS Office tools. Monitor deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely execution of assigned activities. Coordinate internal communication and interact with different departments when required. Assist in planning schedules, meetings, and business-related activities. Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism. Requirements: Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Experience in working with documentation and structured information. Good command of Excel (tables, formulas, basic analysis). Basic financial knowledge and understanding of financial data. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
