We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to develop B2B sales, attract new clients, and grow Seeton’s client portfolio in Azerbaijan. B2B Sales Development & Client Acquisition Seeton Azerbaijan, Baku, Office-based - Full-time Level: Middle / Senior What you will do Identify and acquire new B2B clients Build and manage an active sales pipeline Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Understand client needs and match them with Seeton’s IT solutions Prepare and support commercial proposals together with internal teams Work closely with pre-sales, technical, procurement, and vendor teams Maintain CRM, track sales activities, and report pipeline status Achieve sales targets and KPIs Monitor market opportunities and competitors What we expect 5+ years of experience in B2B sales Proven experience in new client acquisition Ability to manage the sales cycle from first contact to deal closing Experience working with CRM, pipeline, KPIs, and sales reporting Strong negotiation and presentation skills Good Excel / reporting skills Fluent Azerbaijani — mandatory English — B1/B2 or higher — mandatory Russian — advantage Will be a plus Experience in one of the following areas: IT services / system integration Cybersecurity Telecom / ISP IT distribution / VAR B2B technology solutions What we offer Performance-based bonuses Premium medical insurance Professional development and training opportunities Work with corporate, telecom, and public sector clients Career growth in a growing technology business Office-based work in Baku Important This role requires active B2B sales , including new client acquisition, client meetings, CRM discipline, and work with sales targets.
