Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Salary: 800 AZN Net + Performance-Based Procurement Bonuses On behalf of our client, a company specializing in procurement and sourcing solutions for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, and Industrial sectors , we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities Research international markets to identify suitable products, manufacturers, and reliable suppliers. Source industrial equipment, technical products, and spare parts based on procurement requests. Communicate and negotiate with international suppliers to obtain competitive quotations. Collect and evaluate pricing, technical specifications, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Prepare comparative analyses of supplier quotations. Maintain accurate procurement records and update information in ERP systems. Manage supplier correspondence and follow up on outstanding inquiries through Microsoft Outlook. Ensure procurement tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing. Fluent English is mandatory , including professional communication and negotiations with international suppliers. Knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Odoo is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Ability to conduct international supplier research and market analysis. Interest in industrial equipment, technical products, and spare parts. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and results-driven approach.
