Proactively generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market engagement. Conduct introductory calls, meetings, and presentations with potential clients. Prepare commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams. Lead negotiations and support deal closure to achieve revenue targets. Participate in tenders and RFP processes, including preparing and presenting proposals. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and act as a trusted point of contact. Identify client risks, concerns, or dissatisfaction early and address them proactively. Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services. Support contract renewals and long-term client partnerships. Measure client satisfaction through feedback, surveys, and direct communication. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and client experience. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management . Strong ability to generate and convert leads into successful business opportunities. Experience with tenders, RFPs, and proposal development is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive account growth. Customer-focused mindset with experience in satisfaction and retention management. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Results-driven approach with a focus on revenue growth and client success. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
