Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Assist with managing social media platforms, including content scheduling and community engagement. Coordinate with designers and content creators to prepare marketing materials. Conduct market, competitor, and industry research. Assist in organizing events, activations, and promotional activities. Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports. Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams on ongoing projects. Support daily marketing operations and administrative tasks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Up to 1 year of experience in marketing (internship experience is an advantage). Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and content creation. Good communication, organizational, and time management skills. Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good command of Russian is required ; English is an advantage . Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
