Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and feasibility. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IA/RPA projects. Perform feasibility assessments and provide recommendations on IA/RPA implementation. Participate in design and implementation of Intelligent Automation/RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct thorough testing and validation of IA/RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate seamless adoption of RPA technologies. Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in IA/RPA/AI technology. Complete required internal trainings provided via internal online learning platform and continually progress on learning path in subject area. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on business process automation, product management, process design and optimization. Familiarity with RPA tools and technologies is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Solid understanding of project management principles and practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English languages Certifications in project management is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
