The company is currently looking for a Legal Consultant to join its team and support in various legal projects, including: conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda; reviewing and drafting legal documents; assisting with corporate and commercial matters; supporting migration and employment-related procedures; and contributing to various cross-border and client advisory projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with international companies, participate in interesting and complex assignments, and further develop professional expertise within a dynamic consulting environment. Key Responsibilities Support UTB Legal team in provision of legal advice to international clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues; Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal opinions, and advisory memoranda; Support tax, compliance, and governance-related projects in coordination with internal teams; Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on clients’ operations; Communicate with state authorities when required. Requirements Law degree (LLB or equivalent); Minimum 3 years in consulting industry and ability to work with clients; Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage); Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
