Remote Call Center Operator — Advanced English - Fusion Call

We are looking for a C1–C2 English-speaking Call Center Operator for a fully remote position with daily communication with native English speakers. Requirements True C1–C2 spoken English — mandatory Excellent speaking and listening skills Fast reaction, good comprehension and multitasking Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge Own PC, stable high-speed internet and noise-cancelling headphones Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls Provide accurate information about services and procedures Document calls and customer interactions in CRM Follow company policies and confidentiality standards We Offer Fully remote work Fixed schedule Supportive professional team Daily communication with native English speakers Long-term opportunity Conditions: Schedule — Baku Time Monday–Saturday, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM (5 working hours) During wintertime, shifts will start and end one hour later.
