Working Conditions: Location: Babek Plaza Work schedule: 5 days a week Working hours: 09:00–18:00 Salary: 1828.57 AZN (Gross / After the 3-month probation period, a 20% salary increase will be applied) Requirements: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; full ACCA Professional certification 5–8 years of experience in accounting Strong knowledge of tax legislation; ERP system experience is an advantage Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian (B2), and English (business communication level) Soft Skills: Mentoring ability and strong analytical mindset Problem-solving skills Strong communication and presentation skills Responsibilities: Lead the full preparation of financial statements Establish, develop, and maintain internal control systems; ensure audit readiness Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; provide variance analysis Develop tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with all tax obligations Lead professional development of J1–J3 staff; prepare individual development plans Standardize financial processes and ensure optimal use of ERP systems Ensure accurate and complete financial accounting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Manage cash flow and budget control Oversee tax compliance and reporting Calculate and control production cost Monitor accounts receivable on a daily basis Prepare sales and financial analytical reports Qualified candidates are invited to send their CVs to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button with the subject line “Jooble.az - Chief Accountant” . e-mail: hr@ktib.ae
