IT Technical Specialist - IRES

Location:  Offshore Construction Vessel IRES is currently looking for experienced  IT Technical Specialists  to join an offshore construction project. Requirements: Higher technical education Minimum  3 years of experience  in a similar IT technical/support role Fluent  Azerbaijani and English Experience with  Help Desk functions Basic knowledge of  Microsoft Active Directory Ability and flexibility to work in office, remote base facilities, and offshore environments Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day technical support and administration of ICT infrastructure Maintain and repair hardware, software, and service applications Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware issues Perform regular hardware and software maintenance Install cables and configure hardware and software Run diagnostics and use test equipment to identify technical problems Document system addresses and configurations Communicate effectively with end users and customer management Ensure security and system functionality through required temporary fixes Comply with all company HSEQ policies and procedures Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
