We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist on behalf of our client, a professional procurement and sourcing services provider specializing in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy industries . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical procurement, proven experience working with international suppliers, hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, and excellent English communication skills. Key Responsibilities Manage the full procurement cycle, from supplier sourcing and evaluation to purchase order placement and delivery. Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with local and international suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors. Source technical materials, industrial equipment, spare parts, and services for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy projects. Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), purchase orders (POs), and commercial documentation. Conduct supplier negotiations regarding pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions. Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare technical and commercial comparison reports. Coordinate international procurement activities, including shipping, logistics, and import documentation. Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier information using ERP systems. Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, finance, and project teams to ensure timely procurement. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality requirements, and relevant industry standards. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and procurement process improvements. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy industry. Proven experience working directly with international/foreign suppliers and manufacturers. Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, 1C, or equivalent). Solid understanding of international sourcing, procurement procedures, and supplier management. Experience handling RFQs, supplier quotations, purchase orders, and commercial negotiations. Knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and import documentation. Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience in technical procurement of industrial equipment, mechanical components, electrical materials, instrumentation, valves, pipes, fittings, and spare parts. Established experience sourcing products from European, Asian, and other international markets. Familiarity with technical specifications, engineering documentation, and industrial procurement standards. Experience working with multiple international vendors and managing complex procurement requirements. Knowledge of supplier evaluation, cost analysis, and procurement optimization.
