HSQE Junior Coordinator - LV Logistics MMC

LV Logistics is seeking a HSQE Junior Coordinator to join our team in Azerbaijan. Conditions: Location:  Crescent Bay Business Centre, Azerbaijan Department:  HSSQE Working Hours:  09:00–18:00 Reporting To:  HSQE Manager Desired Start date:  01/10/2026 Key Responsibilities: Support the HSQE team in the vendor/supplier evaluation and assessment process, including collection and review of required documentation. Register and maintain supplier/vendor information and relevant documentation in the SharePoint/online HSQE system. Upload and maintain HSQE findings, observations, corrective actions, and supporting evidence in the relevant system. Assist the HSQE team in conducting routine warehouse and worksite inspections and follow up on identified findings. Conduct routine truck and trailer inspections in accordance with company requirements and applicable legislation. Support the HSQE team in monitoring the validity of vehicle, driver, equipment and operational certificates and licenses. Support incident and near-miss reporting by collecting initial information, photographs and supporting documentation and maintaining the related records.. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in an HSQE, HSE, Quality or logistics-related role is preferred. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system requirements is preferred. Basic understanding of occupational health and safety, environmental and quality requirements applicable to logistics operations. Basic understanding of risk assessment, incident/near-miss reporting and corrective action processes. Ability to conduct routine workplace, warehouse, truck, and trailer inspections. Good documentation and record-keeping skills with strong attention to detail. Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and SharePoint or similar online systems. Willingness to travel to warehouses, sites, ports, and other operational locations when required. Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required.
