Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join Cassa, one of SABAH.HUB’s fintech startups! Job Summary: As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Cassa’s corporate client base and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, building relationships with company leaders and HR representatives, presenting Cassa’s services, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach, and a results-oriented mindset. Our Requirements: Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred; Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is an advantage; Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients; Strong sales, persuasion, and relationship management skills; Results-oriented mindset, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team; Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential corporate clients to expand Cassa’s customer base; Establish and develop relationships with company executives and HR representatives; Organize and conduct meetings with prospective corporate clients; Present Cassa’s services and communicate their value to potential customers; Lead sales negotiations and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing; Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to support long-term cooperation; Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Cassa’s corporate business; Track and report on client meetings, sales activities, and results.
