Junior Contracts Specialist will be supporting the preparation, review and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role works closely with legal, procurement and business teams to assist in managing contract documentation and processes. Work Location : Baku, Azerbaijan Employment: Full-time (5 working days / 2 days off) Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related field. 0–2 years of experience in contracts, legal support Basic understanding of contract terminology and legal concepts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani languages is required Job responsibilities include, not limited to: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, agreements and amendments Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations Maintain organized contract records and databases Track contract timelines, renewals, and key deliverables Support negotiations by preparing documentation and summarizing key terms Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, procurement) Identify and flag potential risks or inconsistencies in contracts Assist in contract audits and reporting activities Respond to internal inquiries regarding contract terms and status Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button , indicating the position title in the subject line.
