ASG Business Aviation CAMO Organisation is seeking to recruit an Airworthiness Safety & Records Specialist to join our rapidly growing Part CAMO team at Heydar Aliyev International Airport. As an Airworthiness Safety & Records Specialist with ASG Business Aviation, you will be part of the Continuing Airworthiness Team, acting as the CAMO focal point for SMS coordination, iQSMS administration, safety data management and follow-up of CAMO safety and compliance actions, while supporting the control and integrity of continuing airworthiness records. Your key responsibilities will include: Main duties and responsibilities: Track, request, receive and review maintenance records, ensuring completeness and coordinating the correction of incomplete or defective documentation. Distribute, maintain and control continuing airworthiness records and ensure their traceability, preservation and retention in digital and physical archives. Monitor Maintenance Programme source document revisions and control the distribution and availability of applicable documents to relevant departments, aircraft EFBs and onboard document sets. Manage CAMO-related activities within iQSMS, including recording, routing and tracking safety/compliance findings, corrective and preventive actions, deadlines and closure status. Collect, maintain and provide CAMO technical and safety data required for SMS activities, including AD/SB status, SPIs, technical defects and other continuing airworthiness information. Support CAMO safety and compliance activities, including finding analysis, root cause analysis, hazard identification and risk assessment, and coordinate associated actions with responsible CAMO personnel. Qualifications (Academic, training, languages) University Degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Industrial or equivalent is desirable Excellent communication skills and fluency (written and verbal) in the English language is required. Work Experience Previous experience in Aviation Safety, Compliance Monitoring or a similar aviation environment is desirable. Basic knowledge of airworthiness regulations, including Part-CAMO and Part-145 requirements. Familiarity with aircraft operating systems and components is desirable. Familiarity with AAR rules and regulations pertaining to the continuing airworthiness of aircraft is desirable. Comfortable working with a team of professionals (Engineers and Technicians) in a frequently changing environment with heavy work-load schedules and ad-hoc scenarios. Candidate Profile Capable of working unsupervised in a dynamic environment  Very good task\workload prioritisation and time management skills. High accuracy and attention to both results and details.
