Position Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Ensure the efficient and effective overhauling, maintenance, and repair of pumps, performing all tasks according to established procedures, safety standards, and quality control guidelines; Perform detailed overhauling of pumps and heat exchangers, including disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly, and testing to ensure operational efficiency; Diagnose mechanical issues in rotating and static equipment, using technical expertise and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of failures; Assist in the installation of pumps and heat exchangers, ensuring proper alignment, connections, and startup procedures are followed; Maintain detailed records of all overhauling activities, parts replaced, and performance testing results, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards; Prepare detailed reports for customers and supervisors, summarizing the overhauling process, any challenges faced, and outcomes; Prepare and submit detailed inspection and field service reports, capturing all aspects of the overhauling process, challenges faced, and solutions provided. Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; Min 5 years of experience in the maintenance, overhauling and repair of rotating and static equipment; Relevant certifications are considered as an asset; Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; Excellent knowledge and understanding of rotating and static equipment, particularly pumps, fans, coolers, and heat exchangers. Skills: Strong computer user; Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills; Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision; Conscientious, reliable, flexible, hardworking, professional and motivated; High sense of responsibility; Attention to detail and accuracy.
