Job Description: Conduct comprehensive analytical assessments of loans, bond issuances, and other financing instruments. Analyze the debt portfolio and maturity structure; calculate and monitor debt service indicators (DSCR and other key financial metrics). Develop cash flow models for CAPEX projects; assess financing needs and evaluate optimal financing structures. Review financial sections of credit and bond documentation (Term Sheets, Loan Agreements, Prospectus appendices, etc.) and prepare analytical opinions. Prepare financial reports, information packages, and presentation materials required by banks, investors, and financial advisors. Develop concise analytical briefs and decision-oriented presentations for senior management regarding financing alternatives. Monitor and effectively manage daily liquidity positions. Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts; regularly update and perform variance analysis against actual results. Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate risks; provide analytical support for hedging transactions. Prepare relevant reports and memorandums for government authorities related to borrowing projects. Develop periodic treasury reports, management dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience. CFA or ACCA certification (mandatory requirement). Languages: Fluent in Azerbaijani; excellent proficiency in English. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and financial analysis skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to quickly adapt to change. Strong teamwork skills.
