About the role: Countries Azerbaijan Location Baku Duration 12 months Start time March 2026 Requirements: A competent and suitably qualified QA Engineer shall be employed. QA Engineer shall be responsible for the implementation of Project QMS including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Development, maintenance and implementation of the Project Quality Management System and quality performance during the STEL Project Ensures that effective quality procedures, method statements, and inspection & test plans are produced, maintained and implemented on site Monitors the effectiveness of all AZFEN onsite and offsite facilities and sub contractors’ quality management systems, controls and quality performance Develops the project quality audit programme and manages its implementation Performs periodic quality management system auditing based upon approved audit schedules, raises reports and monitors close out of all raised CARs Performs supplier & subcontractor assessments Monitor and investigate CARs and NCRs to determine trends & instigate preventative actions Develop and implement process improvement programmes to enhance AZFEN operations, project and quality management systems Supports AZFEN team members in technical and management system issues within their field of experience and competence Provision of daily summary report, weekly report input and monthly report inputs to line manager. The minimum experience and qualification level for the QA Engineer should be: Holding as a minimum a degree in engineering, qualified internal auditor as per ISO 9001 and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is essential.
