Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Actively search for and attract new clients (B2B and/or B2C). Develop and implement sales plans. Organize regular meetings and conduct presentations. Prepare commercial proposals and conclude contracts. Ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets. Customer Relationship Management Maintain continuous communication with the existing client base. Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate products/services. Measure and increase customer satisfaction. Resolve disputed matters promptly and effectively. Analytics and Reporting Conduct market and competitor analysis. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports. Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system. Prepare sales forecasts and present them to management. Team Collaboration Coordinate work effectively with other departments. Represent the Company at events and exhibitions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field). A minimum of 2–3 years of practical experience in the sale of oil equipment within the oil and gas sector. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication is mandatory). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented approach. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for business trips. Valid driver’s license (preferred).
