X-Ray Operator - SAMT

The X-Ray Operator is responsible for scanning metallic/chemical assembly units using X-ray technology to identify cracks, marks, pores, and other potential defects in manufactured parts. The X-Ray Operator analyzes X-ray images and determines whether the assembly units pass or fail the inspection. The operator is also responsible for achieving daily production volume targets and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Operate X-ray inspection equipment; Monitor and control the production process, ensuring compliance with quality standards; Handle parts in accordance with established procedures; Ensure daily production volume targets are achieved; Ensure the high quality of manufactured parts; Regularly inspect equipment and production results, identify any issues, and take appropriate corrective action; Comply with all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area; Document production activities and report any non-conformities or equipment malfunctions. Required Skills and Experience Higher education or vocational/technical education; Knowledge of X-ray imaging techniques, radiation safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements; Familiarity with quality management systems and industrial accreditation standards; Experience working with computerized or automated production line systems; Proficiency in MS Office applications; Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; Intermediate written and verbal English communication skills; Previous experience working with X-ray inspection equipment is considered an advantage.
