Conditions: Employment type: Work format: Office Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00, Monday to Friday Location: Head office, Bridge Plaza, Baku Salary: Salary to be discussed based on interview results Key Responsibilities: Developing a content plan: creating texts, defining categories, and shaping the visual style. Managing and growing accounts on Instagram and TikTok. Writing engaging and sales-driven posts, stories, and scripts for Reels. Organizing and overseeing photo and video shoots. Setting up, launching, and analyzing advertising campaigns. Engaging with comments and direct messages, maintaining audience involvement. Analyzing content effectiveness and preparing reports. Requirements: At least 3 year of experience in SMM. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar programs. Basic knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and proactiveness. Ability to handle negative feedback and resolve conflicts professionally.
