Planning & Delivery Specialist for Raw & Packaging Materials (R&PM) - Carlsberg Azerbaijan

Role overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly organised professional to join our Planning team as a Planning and Delivery Specialist for Raw Pack Materials. What You'll be doing: Plan production requirements for raw and packaging materials in line with approved production plans; Coordinate the placement of purchase orders with approved suppliers, ensuring the required quantities, assortment and delivery timelines; Create purchase orders for received materials in the ERP system; Monitor suppliers’ performance and ensure the timely fulfilment of orders; Verify the availability and accuracy of all supporting documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, delivery notes and relevant certificates; Coordinate the transportation and delivery of raw and packaging materials to the Company’s warehouses; Ensure the timely receipt of quarantine and other required permits for imported materials. Monitor and coordinate the customs clearance process; Maintain the required stock availability while effectively managing inventory levels; Identify opportunities to optimize transportation processes and reduce delivery costs; Monitor purchasing and transportation expenses against the approved budget; Coordinate the work of subordinate employees and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and fire-safety requirements. What we’re looking for: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or a related field; Has 3–5 years of relevant experience in materials planning, procurement, logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment; Practical knowledge of production planning, inventory management, import operations and customs clearance alongside with the experience working with suppliers, transport providers and relevant governmental authorities; Highly organized, accurate, and attentive to detail; Communicate effectively and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. Takes ownership, acts proactively, and continuously looks for better ways of working. Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large data volumes; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis; Strong communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability); Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English is highly desirable.
