Recruitments Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, culinary arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 1-2 years of experience a junior specialist Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani and Russian (fluent), English (upper intermediate) Computer skills: good knowledge of MS Office. Duties Assist in planning, creating, and posting food-related content for CASA’s social platforms (photos, videos, stories, reels). Support content shoots, including food styling, prep, and coordination. Monitor social media trends and suggest ideas to boost engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions as directed. Help execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives. Maintain brand consistency in all communications and visuals. Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports. Collaborate with chefs to understand new dishes, recipes, and culinary concepts. Assist with menu updates, ingredient descriptions, and product storytelling. Support culinary events, tastings, and demonstrations. Organizing photo/video assets and maintaining digital folders (Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software) Coordinate with vendors, partners, and influencers when needed. Support day-to-day marketing operations such as scheduling posts, preparing briefs, or updating calendars. Experience with social media content creation and daily updates (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
