A company operating in the oil & gas sector is seeking an experienced PSCM Manager to lead and manage procurement and supply chain activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations.  Manage sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.  Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.  Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.  Lead and develop the PSCM team.  Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational and project needs.  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.  Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement/supply chain within the oil & gas sector.  At least 3–5 years of managerial/team lead experience .  Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.  Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.  Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
