Responsibilities: Provide customers with accurate and complete information in response to their inquiries; Take a proactive approach to resolving non-standard situations and finding optimal solutions for customers; Advise customers on the company’s products and services; Maintain internal reports and documentation. Requirements: Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian, with strong written and verbal communication skills; Good command of English (required); Ability to express ideas clearly and confidently using an appropriate tone; Fast and accurate typing skills; Proficiency in office software; Strong teamwork skills; At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (operator or customer support).
