We are seeking an exceptional and visionary HR, Recruitment & Talent Management Manager to lead and transform our people’s strategy. This is a leadership role for a forward-thinking professional who can seamlessly integrate human resources management, talent acquisition, and talent development into a unified, high-impact function. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives Oversee all HR functions including organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations Drive HR transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Design and lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across all levels Build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes Introduce innovative sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools Talent Management & Development: Establish and implement talent management frameworks, including succession planning and career pathing Identify high-potential employees and create development programs Lead performance management processes and foster a high-performance culture Support leadership development and internal mobility initiatives Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and department heads Lead, mentor, and develop the HR and recruitment teams Promote a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous learning Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) Minimum 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles Proven track record in managing HR, recruitment, and talent management functions holistically Strong knowledge, HR best practices, and modern recruitment methodologies Experience in building employer branding and talent development strategies Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics Fluency in Russian, English and Azerbaijani What We Offer: Manager-level role with high impact and visibility Compensation package: 4872 azn Gross and performance-based bonuses Opportunity to shape and lead the company’s people strategy Professional growth within a dynamic and innovative environment Collaborative, forward-thinking leadership culture Qualified candidates are invited to submit their CVs to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
