Job Overview: We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a dynamic team in Baku. This role will support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across several business functions. The successful candidate will work with large datasets, prepare dashboards and reports, support internal decision-making, and contribute to data quality and automation efforts. Conditions: Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 1500 – 2000 AZN net Key Responsibilities: Extract, clean, and validate data from internal systems Prepare structured and high-quality datasets for analysis and reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports Monitor business performance indicators and identify trends or inconsistencies Support risk, finance, and operational reporting processes Automate repetitive reporting and data processes using analytical tools Perform data quality checks and investigate anomalies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and reporting flows Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in data analysis Strong knowledge of: Excel (advanced formulas), Power BI, SQL Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets Good communication skills and ability to present findings clearly Experience in insurance or reinsurance is an advantage What We Offer: Official employment contract Comprehensive medical insurance Free gym membership Competitive salary package Career growth opportunities Exposure to a professional and supportive work environment Monday to Friday working schedule, 09:00 – 18:00 Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
