Job Description: We are currently seeking an Engineering Systems IT Technician to support engineering and design teams by ensuring the stable operation of engineering software, digital models, and technical IT infrastructure. Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Employment Type: Full-time This role is ideal for an IT professional with hands-on experience in technical support within engineering, construction, or industrial environments. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain engineering software (AutoCAD, Plant 3D, SmartPlant, PDMS, etc.) Manage software licenses, updates, and system compatibility Support and maintain engineering workstations, hardware, and peripherals Troubleshoot technical issues related to engineering systems and workflows Ensure data integrity, digital standards, and document/model control Provide user support and onboarding training for engineering tools Collaborate with engineering and document control teams Requirements: 2–4+ years of experience in IT support (preferably in engineering or EPC environments) Strong knowledge of Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Plant 3D) Experience with engineering design software (SmartPlant, PDMS, etc.) is an advantage Good understanding of hardware, networking, and workstation setup Fluency in English is mandatory Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
