Location: Baku (office-based) Reporting to: Project Manager Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the Project Manager and project team. This role will focus on document control, administrative coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations. Key Responsibilities Provide full administrative support to the Project Manager and team Manage and control project documentation (registration, tracking, archiving) Ensure proper document formatting, editing, and quality control Maintain document registers, logs, and filing systems Coordinate document reviews and approvals Organize meetings, calendars, travel, and logistics Support office operations and procurement coordination Assist with onboarding of new team members Coordinate with finance/procurement on invoices and requests Ensure confidentiality of all project-related information Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation Requirements Proven experience in administration / project support / document control Understanding of document control processes Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) English – advanced level Azerbaijani – fluent Strong organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude Soft Skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Detail-oriented and well-organized Team player with a service mindset Ability to handle confidential information Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
