On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Manager Work schedule: Full-time (6 days per week) We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: Managing the sales of apartments within the project Developing sales strategies together with the internal team Establishing initial contact with potential clients and organizing meetings Providing clients with accurate and detailed information about the project Conducting presentations at the sales office and on-site Maintaining and following up with potential clients Achieving sales targets and preparing monthly sales reports Assisting clients during the contract preparation process Monitoring competitors and market pricing policies Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining post-sale relationships Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience (real estate sector only) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work with clients and strong persuasion skills Fluent Azerbaijani, knowledge of Russian is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office Active, responsible, and results-oriented Ability to work in a team with strong sales motivation We Offer: Stable salary starting from 1500 AZN Additional bonus for each apartment sold Comfortable and professional working environment Opportunities for career growth Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
