IRES – International Recruitment Engineering Services is looking for an experienced Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to join our team. We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented recruitment professional with strong experience in candidate sourcing, executive search, client communication, and full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate should be confident working on multiple vacancies simultaneously and experienced in searching for specialists and managers across different industries. Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Company:  IRES – International Recruitment Engineering Services Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to candidate placement Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and direct search methods Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate qualifications and experience Prepare candidate shortlists and client-ready profiles Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates Maintain regular communication with clients regarding recruitment progress Build and maintain a strong candidate database Prepare job advertisements for LinkedIn and job platforms Use Boolean search techniques and recruitment tools effectively Negotiate salary expectations and manage candidate relationships Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies Support executive search and confidential recruitment projects Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or executive search Strong experience in sourcing and headhunting Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruitment platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Good understanding of the Azerbaijan labor market English – intermediate to advanced level Russian – good working proficiency Experience in technical, engineering, corporate, or executive recruitment is an advantage Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button. e-mail: afa.hasanova@ires.az
