Payments Manager - Company

We’re looking for a payments leader to join our CFO team and take ownership of our payment orchestration gateway. You’ll manage payment performance, ensure accurate reconciliation, and lead a team of treasury accountants. Key Responsibilities Manage payment routing, cascading and retry logic, and respond to provider incidents. Improve approval rates while monitoring conversion, payment costs, declines, chargebacks and fraud. Support the CFO with provider strategy, market analysis and negotiations with banks and payment partners. Work with Product and Engineering on provider integrations, checkout improvements and antifraud rules. Oversee reconciliation, disputes and refunds, and prepare reports and forecasts for management. Ensure compliance with provider, regulatory and card scheme requirements. Requirements 3+ years of payments experience in iGaming, PSPs, acquiring, fintech or crypto services, including 1–2 years in a lead or management role. Hands-on experience with payment orchestration platforms, gateways, routing and provider onboarding. Knowledge of card payments, local payment methods, settlement flows and the chargeback cycle. Experience with provider APIs, payment data analysis and transaction unit economics. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with BI tools. An understanding of reconciliation, treasury processes, KYC/AML and PCI DSS requirements. Russian at B2 level or above; English at B2 level or above would be an advantage.
