Job responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans; Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to create interactive and meaningful learning experiences; Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic growth; Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that values diversity and promotes mutual respect; Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cultural elements into the curriculum and promote cross-cultural understanding; Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and cultural competency; Engage with parents and the community to foster partnerships and support students' holistic development. Requirements Educational background in Education, History, Geography, or a related field, providing the necessary knowledge and expertise to effectively teach Geography and History; Teaching certification/license; Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in an international or cross-cultural setting; Proficiency in English; Proficiency in working with children; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Cultural sensitivity and openness to diverse perspectives; Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a multicultural environment.
