We are looking for a " Mechanical Maintenance Technician " (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below:  Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update operation and maintenance instructions for infrastructure mechanical systems (ventilation, water systems, heating, cooling, steam, etc.). Ensure the efficient operation of the systems under responsibility. Perform maintenance of the systems under responsibility and ensure complete documentation. Manage the spare parts inventory. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements for the work performed. Additional requirements: Graduate of relevant departments of high school, vocational school, or university. English language skills (preferred). Knowledge of infrastructure systems (ventilation, heating, cooling, gas lines, etc.). Knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair. Team-oriented. Proficient in MS Office programs. Able to work under high work tempo when necessary. Holds a driver’s license and can actively drive. Able to work under intensive work conditions when required.
