Reports to Marketing & Commercial Director Venue - Pasifico/ Entertainment support for other Group venues The Art Manager is responsible for the organization, coordination and development of the entertainment direction at Pasifico and other company venues, including DJs, live music, dancers, performers, photo and video production, music concept, technical coordination and entertainment programs. The primary objective of the position is to ensure consistent entertainment quality, alignment with the brand concept, timely organization of all performances and efficient management of the entertainment budget What are expected from the candidate: Develop and manage monthly entertainment programs, including DJs, live musicians, dancers, performers, and other artists.  Coordinate artists and entertainment contractors from booking and scheduling through to on-site performance management.  Develop and maintain the venue’s music concept, ensuring all performances and DJ sets align with the brand and target audience.  Plan and coordinate special events and holiday entertainment programs across company venues, including New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, and other key occasions.  Manage entertainment budgets and artist payments, including payment schedules, expense tracking, financial reporting, and budget optimization.  Coordinate photo, video, and social media coverage of events and collaborate closely with the Marketing/SMM Team on entertainment-related content.  Monitor the quality and effectiveness of entertainment programs, including music, performances, guest engagement, and overall atmosphere.  Research current trends, artists, and entertainment formats and develop new concepts to increase guest engagement and venue attractiveness.  Monitor DJ, sound, and lighting equipment and coordinate timely resolution of technical issues affecting entertainment operations.  Act as the key point of coordination between artists, venue management, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Technical teams, and external entertainment partners. What qualifications the candidate need to possess: 2–3+ years of experience in Entertainment Management, Event Management, Art Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of DJs, live music, performers, and current entertainment trends. Experience in planning and coordinating entertainment programs and events. Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Ability to manage multiple venues, artists, contractors, and events simultaneously. Basic understanding of budgets, artist fees, payments, and expense control. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail. Creative mindset with the ability to develop new entertainment concepts and event formats. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality/nightlife environment, including evenings, weekends, and special events. Fluent Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
